Reservation Conditions
- The reservation will be secured once 40% of the total price has been paid up front.
- This advance payment is used as a reservation and a deposit, and is returned at the end of one’s stay, after we have confirmed that the house has not been damaged.
- If the reservation is canceled more than 40 days in advance, this deposit is returned.
- If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days in advance, the entire deposit is retained.
Arrival / Departure Schedules
Weekends: From Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
Whole Week or Weekdays: Arrival as of 12:00 noon on first day / Departure until 12:00 noon on last day
Notes:
No celebrations or activities that could disturb the neighbours are allowed.
